A first (try-out) workshop on Blogging - Web-Publishing - will be held on 24 August 2007 at ACT's (Ashford Computer Training) Bilsington, organised by Lesley Perk an Karin Hermans.
Lesley is a qualified computer trainer in many software packages (including MS-Office, Mamut, ACT)
Karin publishes on her three blogs (Wood You Like FAQ blog - The Kiss Business - Stop Start) and manages two other blogs (BNI-Ashford and The Company Doctor - Richard Calderwood). Together they will use their combined knowledge to introduce the phenomenon Blogging to interested business contacts wondering how a web-publishing tool can help build an on-line brand for their own business.
The first Introduction-to-Blogging workshop is fully booked, a second will be scheduled a.s.a.p.

What a fantastic idea! Hope all goes really well. This is something that has been needed for some time now.
I'd consider enrolling but I do believe it would be too long of a swim for me. :D

Sounds like a great course, are there any plans for the second workshop to be between 14th Sep and 23rd Sep? As I would love to join one when I am back in the UK.
